Credentials &
Experience:
Education - High school diploma or equivalent, college a plus
Must have knowledge of full sales cycle
Ability to qualify sales prospects
1-2 years of sales experience
Phone sales an asset but not a requirement.

A candidate must possess very good organizational and time management skills. They must enjoy communicating with the general public.
They must demonstrate a professional image through speech, grammar, demeanor and attire.
The ideal candidate is able to think on their feet and remain poised during client interaction.
They must be able to absorb and retain industry knowledge.
They must be trainable & coachable, and must be able to operate a digital phone system.
They must be willing to adhere to scripted phone material and industry regulatory requirements.
The candidate requires average computer skills, general knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and the ability to learn a custom database.
Sales Department Description: the Sales Department is the front line of communication for Davison. It fulfills all communication duties required to offer & sell services and provide correspondence to people who contact Davison to pursue an idea.
Position Description of a Sales person: Offer & sell pre-development (research) and development (prototyping) services over the telephone and face-to-face to people who contact Davison with a new product idea they would like to pursue.
Complete all department-to-department correspondence and conduct scheduled communication with people to update them as their product invention moves through the Davison Inventing Method.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
