LPN - Assisted Living / Memory Care Unit

As the LPN Manager of the Unit you will supervise and provide the direct care of our residents and staff. Responsibilities will include the maintenance of accurate and complete resident records ensuring that changes in a resident's condition is noted. Provide professional communication with residents, visitors and staff.
You will lead the team to provide appropriate daily activities and encourage participation. Supervise staff to maintain a clean, orderly adn welcoming living space and perform a variety of household tasks.
Education /
Experience:
Nursing Degree from accredited college or university - Current LPN License in good standing
Minium 5 yrs expereince in nursing care facility
Ability to read, write and communicate in the English language.
Full Time employees have access to an excellent employee benefit package that includes, medical, dental, vision and 401(k) and PTO.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
