The Service Manager role is an important role within our stores.
The SM works closely with our Lead Service Manager, providing first-class customer service to achieve the ultimate customer satisfaction.
The Service Manager welcomes each customer into our shop, discovering the need of their visit and quickly getting their vehicle to the bays, relaying the information to the technicians.
