Venice Toyota is seeking an experiencedTitle Clerk to title/register new and used vehicle purchases at our busy dealership! Applicant must be able to work at a fast pace with minimal errors, multi-task, and be a dependable team player.

Responsibilities Title Clerk:
- Process vehicle Tag and Title paperwork on all new and used vehicles sold both in-state and out of state
- Communicate with customers and vendors on related issues
- Maintain strict compliance with all Title laws and filing requirements
- Issue checks to tag Registration Offices for fees due and refund checks to customers on an as-needed basis
- Accurately record and file completed vehicle sales deals
- Troubleshoot and problem resolution specific to titles, odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc.
- Other office duties may be assigned
Requirements Title Clerk:
- Automotive Title experience preferred
- Other Dealership Office experience is a plus!
- Must possess basic math skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to be organized, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
- A go-getter that will take charge and able to manage their workload
- A positive attitude and a professional appearance
- Must work well with others and have good communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license
