This position will work with Nissan of Fort Myers, Nissan of Cape Coral, Nissan of Venice, Hyundai of Venice, and Genesis Fort Myers Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Professional to provide technical assistance and support to our internal team members.
The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving IT-related issues, maintaining hardware and software systems, and assisting with the implementation of new technologies.
This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex technical problems Document support activities, solutions, and procedures for knowledge sharing Assist with the setup and maintenance of servers, network infrastructure, and cloud services Perform routine system updates, backups, and security patches Train end-users on basic IT procedures and best practices Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned by management
Qualifications:
Proven experience working in an IT support role or similar position Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems Familiarity with network troubleshooting and configuration Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues Familiarity with Active Directory and Office 365 administration Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus
