Principle
Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 2 years of general managerial role in a medical practice.
Must have at least one-year of experience in dermatology, plastic surgery or medical spa.
Must have insurance prior-auth and billing experiences.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Must be willing and excited about learning all aspects of a dermatology, cosmetic & vein Practice.
Must present a professional image, enthusiasm, motivation, and exceptional customer service to be a team role model.

Availability to work 5 days a week on-site, 40 hours or more per week.
Demonstrable experience of interpersonal, communication, diplomacy, influencing, and negotiating skills.
Ability to multi-task and perform well in stressful situations.
Flexible approach to work and a high level of drive and ambition to help achieve the organization's goals.
Principle
Responsibilities:
Become proficient with all departments and their tasks including the front desk roles, insurance benefits verifications, prior-auth processes, marketing, nursing, daily operations, etc.
Staffing direct supervision and assistance with any departments.
Identify and implement processes that contribute to business growth and patient retention.
Works effectively under direct supervision of the leadership.
Communicate effectively with leadership on a continuous basis.
Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans and programs quarterly and annually and on an as needed basis for the facility's long and short term goals.
Attending local events, conferences, meetings and networking events.
Compliance audits and training.
Negotiations and deal closing.
Develop and maintain CRM to capture sales analytics and stay current on leads and follow up activities.
Participate in process improvement and quality assurance activities in various departments.
Manage staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management.
Oversee scheduling, and assists with recruitment and payroll.
Mentor and coach the front and back office teams to support and encourage learning and development.
Lead and participate in morning huddles and morning staff meetings.
Physician liaison role.
Resolve patient and team member issues effectively and fairly.
Learn and become familiar with all the services provided.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required by management team.
