As an Assistant Superintendent, you'll play a vital role in the successful execution of our multifamily projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
As an Assistant Superintendent you'll have the opportunity to:
Work alongside the Lead Superintendent to manage the daily operations on the jobsite.
Assist in coordinating and supervising trade contractors and their subcontractors.
Participate in developing, documenting, and communicating fieldwork plans, including any changes that arise during construction.
Support the implementation of safety protocols as the on-site safety representative.
Communicate project schedule updates and changes to the Project Team and Trade Contractors.
Collaborate on planning, coordinating, and managing jobsite logistics.
Contribute to ensuring the completion of projects with a strong emphasis on quality.
Do you:
Possess 1-5 years of experience in a superintendent or applicable role? Excel in teamwork and collaborative environments? Demonstrate strong organizational skills?
