BBL is a multi-family general contractor, headquartered in Dallas Fort Worth with a satellite office in Tampa.
Specializing in wood frame apartments, single family for rent communities, garden style, and high density mid-rise.
BBL is in search of a #1 Assistant Super, or Lead Assistant, who will be tasked with managing a large part of a multi-family project.
Opportunity for career advancement to Superintendent.
Good opportunity for production home builder Superintendent to move into Multi-Family.
Responsibilities:
Assist lead Superintendent with day to day on site operations.
Projects ranging from $35m to $50m.
Ground up construction.
Oversee subcontractors and vendors.
Manage and implement BBL policy and procedure Allocate and coordinate resources to maintain project schedule Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
Previous experience in multi-family construction Familiarity with Procore Strong leadership qualities Deadline and detail-oriented What we can offer you:
