- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records.
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other important information accurately.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist with project coordination and tracking progress.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members.
Qualifications - Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role, required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using computer software programs such as Excel, required.
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
