The individual must be detailed oriented with exceptional organizational skills to scan and store image and text files within documents management.
Candidate must be extremely reliable and dependable.
Schedule hours would be Monday through Thursday 8-5pm, but shift may be flexible.
Responsibilities Assist with check-in and check out Assists when needed, with answering the telephones, & records, relays, delivers, and completes messages.
Must have understanding and experience in handling high volume of calls and routing to appropriate destination, preferably in a medical clinical setting Knowledge of medical terminology An understanding of documentation requirements for medical records in the state of Florida attention to detail; knowledge of computers and strong communication skills with a wide variety of personalities.
Performs basic computer functions Navigates and interprets basic information in company's computer systems to facilitate daily procedures and assigned basic clerical functions.
Maintains confidentiality of all classified and sensitive information and records, including patient care information as required by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
