Working closely with each client, designers help the client choose the perfect color, moldings, and accessories to blend with the d cor of their home.
We are looking for people to handle the high volume of business we are experiencing.
Product knowledge is not as important as skill, energy, and the ability to learn.
We have the best training, presentation materials, and support in the industry.
You work from home, in the client's home, and in the showroom.
You have flexibility in setting your own schedule, and we provide you with pre-set appointments, while training you to generate even more business.

100% Commission after paid training.
Paid Training, guaranteed income while you learn and build your skills.
Pre-set company leads are provided to start your portfolio and are continued throughout your employment.
Designer created leads are expected to support earning goals by hunting additional business through social media, networking, and referrals.
Flexible Hours, after training Mileage reimbursement for company leads, after paid training ends.
Support is continued post training by Design Manager and Sales Manager.

Reliable transportation Full time availability Design software experience is a plus, but not required.
Laptop computer skills (Laptop provided) Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required.
Having the ability to attend to a high level of detail, being coachable, personable, and having strong written and oral communication skills a must.
