APC Luxe Prints APC Luxe Prints Venice, FL Venice, FL Full-time Full-time $13 - $14 an hour $13 - $14 an hour Well-established canvas and metal printer located near Downtown Venice is seeking applicants for a full-time position in canvas and metal print production and shipping.
Responsibilities will include frame cutting and assembly, canvas stretching, applying various hardware backings, preparing aluminum panels, operating a heat press to dye sublimate metal prints, learning a multi-step packaging and crating process, and operating shipping software to print labels.
This position may evolve into a more defined role, or adjust to include some training in photo-editing/printing as we move forward.
All of the aforementioned functions require exceptional attention to detail, but are easy to learn.
Prior experience is a plus, but not necessary.
Hours are Monday through Friday from 9:
30 a.
m.
to 5:
00 p.
m.
however depending on the volume of orders, you may choose to come in a little sooner or stay a little later! The ideal candidate will:
- possess a positive, professional attitude, and ability to provide friendly service to showroom customers - possess above-average attention to detail - possess above-average manual dexterity - be comfortable using or learning to use some power tools & machinery - be receptive to accepting direction from others - be a self-motivated and hard-working team player - be comfortable standing for the duration of the workday - be computer literate and have passable typing skills on a computer keyboard - be punctual, with access to reliable transportation To be considered for the position, please reply to this ad with your current resume and/or emailed letter detailing your background and interest in the position.
