Responsibilities and Duties Complete oversight of all aspects of billing Ensuring that operation is at all times in compliance will all applicable laws and regulations related to the business office, record keeping, and human resources Processing accounts payable Keeping operation within monthly budget Collect and report accounts receivable Work collaboratively with all managers to assist in the vetting, interviewing and onboarding process Enforce policies and procedures Managing, completing and auditing employee files Required reporting to management team Employee retention Answering front desk phones and community entry screening procedures Qualifications and Skills Previous experience in Assisted Living Experience in business office Strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communications skills Job Type:
