_Freedom Boat Club is an international leader in owning and franchising Boat Clubs since 1989.
We have over 380
franchise and corporate-owned boat club locations in operation throughout North America, Europe, and Australia.
We are a fast-growing company and are looking for the right person to grow with us at a rapid pace, and one who embraces a dynamic environment.
We are seeking a highly motivated and hard-working individual to join our Accounting Team! This role is responsible for processing a high volume of customer requests, in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks, updating the records frequently
Process membership holds, cancellations and refunds
Process new contract agreements
Resolve fuel discrepancies
Address and resolve billing inquiries
Follow established processes and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements
Manage a high volume of transactions and customer accounts Skills/Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting related work
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
Strong problem-solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, and multi-tasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills needed with ability to meet established deadlines
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional process changes
Must be well organized, analytical, detail oriented, and a self-starter
Experience with data entry, record keeping, and computer operation
Must have a team player attitude
Strong customer service orientation
Quickbooks Enterprise or Oracle experience is preferred Benefits include:
