Position Overview:
As a Client Relations Manager/Administrator, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our referral sources, physicians, clients and their families.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
This role requires exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Act as the main liaison between referral sources, physicians, clients, their families, and our home health care team.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Conduct initial assessments to understand clients' needs, preferences, and goals.
Work with Office Staff, Director of Nursing and Staffing Coordinator to assure excellent services are provided to our clients.
Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Regularly communicate with clients and their families to address any questions or concerns.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Coordinate with the scheduling department to ensure timely and appropriate care assignments.
Monitor and evaluate client feedback, implementing improvements when necessary.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide knowledgeable guidance to clients.
Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote our services and educate potential clients.
Requirements:
Associates degree or Bachelor's degree in Health Care or a related field.
Proven experience in client relations, customer service, or a similar role.
Familiarity with home health care services and regulations is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and build rapport.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software for documentation and communication.
