Customer Service Representative

Essential Duties:
Filing and scanning
When orders come in, they will match the order ticket with what is in the system and make sure everything is correct.
If there were any issues with the order they will need to put notes and process for the return and replacement of the product.
From there they will need to mark the outlook calendar for when to expect the replacement products arrival.
They will be creating customer files for orders placed and making notes in the file about shipment dates, etc.
Verifying purchase orders and making sure everything looks good and putting delivery date and everything on the outlook calendar
Will be handling scanning purchase orders and different documents and uploading them onto the computer and placing them into the customers file they created.
Requirements:
MUST have computer experience and be familiar with Microsoft outlook calendar and just basic experience with Excel.
