Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office - Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and clarity - Greeting Clients and scheduling appointments - Utilize Google Suite and QuickBooks for various tasks - Assist in event planning and coordination - Maintain and organize files and records - Provide excellent customer support to clients and visitors
Experience:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and QuickBooks - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing support in a fast-paced office environment.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
