In this role you'll present a professional, confident, and enthusiastic image to develop trusting relationships with all customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Essential duties may vary according to division, area, or assignment.
Other duties as required in support of the department and company may be assigned.
Provide customer support via phone and/or email in response to customer inquiries including but not limited to entering quote requests, lead time verification, plan reviews, pricing reviews, processing of sample/prototype requests and, product information.
Interface with distributors, sales representatives, and end customers, making sure expectations are aligned from internal resources to the end-customer, escalating as needed.
Provide high levels of customer account management by properly setting up and maintaining account information and data, managing multiple tasks in a transaction/high volume-based environment.
Contribute to team effort in a collaborative and supportive manner.
Keep projects documentation updated.
Organize and participate in shareholder meetings and ensure all deadlines for projects are identified and are met.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school or equivalent (Preferred) Customer service:

year (Preferred) Construction/Millwork related:
1 year (Preferred) LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to write business correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of customers and other Associates.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Strong customer service skills.
