This position is based out of our Venice office but covers businesses all over Sarasota County.

Job Responsibilities Troubleshoot various hardware and software issues for clients onsite and remotely Set up new computers, firewalls, servers, and other hardware at various businesses Manage recurring maintenance tasks and maintain good documentation of client's IT environment Work with various systems including on-premise and Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Intune Endpoint Manager, RMM, backup and security solutions Job Requirements Ability to work well with individuals in troubleshooting various technical issues Ability to solve problems quickly by using online resources Must be familiar with end user hardware:
desktops, laptops, phones, printers, etc.
Ability to work alongside 3rd party software vendors to troubleshoot issues Ability to troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues Strong knowledge of Windows operating system:
group policy, file sharing, drivers, networking, permissions, registry, etc.
Familiar with Windows Client/Server environments Maintain good documentation Education and Experience 2
years prior experience in a level 2 IT position High school diploma or Equivalent College degree or certificates from an accredited IT program preferred but not required Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
