Venice, FL Overview The Communications Coordinator coordinates a weekly televised Mass and provides support to the Diocesan Director of Communications.
Job Responsibilities Plan and coordinate a weekly activities including televised Mass.
Coordinate and distribute bi-weekly email newsletter.
Create and manage social media content.
Coordinate seasonal print projects, monitor scheduling and overall job production to promote efficient workflow and ensure deadlines are met.
Support Communications Department with a wide variety of administrative duties.
Requirements:
BA in English or a related field 3 years of experience in a communications or related role Strong communications skills both written and oral Effective time-management skills; ability to be flexible and meet deadlines Knowledge of the Catholic Church essential Basic graphic design skill beneficial Spanish bi-lingual preferable.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
